Corporate Account Manager

Baton Rouge Printing Company is seeking a professional who demonstrates business acumen, networking and communication skills, problem-solving orientation, analytical thinking, teamwork, and computer skills.


Serve as the lead point of contact for designated customer account management matters
Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted relationships with key accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of client jobs
Track and manage workflow daily
Manage inventory and data
Collaborate with sales team to maximize client satisfaction
Assist with challenging client requests


Demonstrable ability to communicate
Experience with MS Excel
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
