Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager.  This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract and retain members; develop and implement new products, marketing methods, and creative concepts to maximize profits and expand the membership based on research, competitive and economic trends.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analyses of existing and potential new products and services
  • Prepare and implement business cases for new lines of business
  • Manage day-to-day activities with full service ad agency including the production of all advertising and promotional materials, coordinate placement and distribution of the same (including lobby and digital collateral) for new and existing services
  • Create all in-house advertising collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic programs, including print and electronic brochures, signage, ads, flyers and other promotional materials
  • Develop marketing plans for campaigns, product promotions, and other marketing efforts
  • Keep abreast of new product development and marketing methods and trends, including technology potentially available for delivery systems and channels
  • Manage all aspects of the website utilizing CMS including all content, rates, compliance, and creative concepts.  Develop landing pages, lead generation pages, and pixel placement for campaigns, products, or sponsors as applicable
  • Manage email marketing efforts including developing, creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing pieces promoting products, services, and events
  • Manage and monitor Onboarding Program in Documatix, with adjustments based on response rates, product types, and best practices
  • Assist with all public relations including preparing and distributing industry and media press releases on a local, statewide and national level
  • Write and publish blog content for Campus Federal’s official blog in the ‘Learn’ section of the website
  • Manage Social Media platforms and update the official Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn pages for the credit union.  Respond to member messages, posts, or other communication on social media
  • Manage Google My Business listings including both branch and ATM listings, reviews, and Google Search
  • Serve as the Marketing Team Leader with branch administration staff including leading internal communication efforts – Implement new products, documents procedural manuals and coordinate staff training on new and existing products and their applications with the training staff, branch and department managers; prepare and present Quarterly Update Presentations
  • Assist facilities with branch design and branding elements
  • Create and distribute all external and internal communications for members and employees
  • Manage all vendor relationships including electronic in-branch TVs, check and statement print vendors along with third party affiliate programs such as CUNA and Sallie Mae
  • Help evaluate compatibility of third-party software interfaces
  • Responsible for management information in relation to: Tracking/analysis/budget control of promotional efforts; Compliance issues regarding products/services and advertising; Updating Intranet and Product Handbook

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 10 years’ experience in marketing including advertising design, digital marketing and web design
  • Experience in financial service industry or creative/ad agency is preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience working in Microsoft Applications including Excel and Word
  • Experience working with email marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact or Documatix
  • Excellent writing skills for blog articles, press releases and other public relations
  • Experience developing and creating digital marketing including pixel placement
  • Creative thinker who can develop ads as well as products
  • Experience with all aspects of Social Media marketing
