Videographer/Editor Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys is seeking a Full-Time Video Videographer/Editor superstar!

How you will make an impact?
All candidates should come to the interview prepared by reviewing all the @GetGordon social media pages and bring to the interview ideas and recommendations on how we can enhance and drive our business. This is a requirement of your interview. If you do not come prepared with knowledge of the @GetGordon brand the interview will be concluded.
What will you do?
Post Videos on Social Media
Create videos for other formats outside of social media when needed (TV, OTT, etc)
Other relevant duties as assigned by the Marketing Director or Social Media Manager
Based in Baton Rouge, LA (Required to report for on-site content but will be travel around the market and state depending on content needs)
Minimum Education and Experience:
Experience with editing in Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut X is acceptable)
Experience with Youtube
Ability to take long-term content and chop into smaller content for appropriate social media platforms that may include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, and LinkedIn (call-to-action to bring more followers to landing page)
Working with Blue/Green Screen
Understanding of current social media practices and trends (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
Work with Social Media Manager to develop and manage social media video ratios, best type of content for each platform, and posting/managing social media content
Graphic Design Capabilities (for thumbnails and other design work)
Foundational writing and editing skills (for ad copy and captions on social media posts)
Must be able to adapt to shooting content on the go
Willingness to travel for video shoots
Creating videos from iPhone or other mobile apps
Familiarity with Mirrorless/DSLR Camera, External Lighting, External Audio Sources and MAC OS
Preferred Education and Experience:
Owning equipment is a plus!
Full Spanish Proficiency including reading and writing comprehension is a plus!
