Marketing Manager position

The marketing manager is responsible for creating, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that drive results for the sales team and company brand. They constantly analyze trends and demands for LogoJET’s products and services that continue to put us on the cutting edge of the industry and beat the competition.

The Marketing Manager must have experience working with a sales team, some lead generation experience and an understanding of B2B marketing.

Working with LogoJET leadership, the marketing manager will support the development of a marketing plan, implementation of key marketing strategies and effective measurement and reporting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

Work collaboratively with sales team and agency partners to understand inbound and outbound lead sources and track them within company CRM
Work alongside sales team and President of the company to plan and execute various campaigns, specials and initiatives
Oversee new product additions and announcements
Work with Sales Manager to make sure that marketing is effectively supporting sales
Establish and manage the marketing budget
Monitor performance and find ways to improve conversion rates
Meet weekly with President and the Sales and Marketing teams

Marketing Management and Implementation

Participate at and promote all events (trade shows, demos, open houses, online, etc.)
Perform regular website audits to ensure proper brand representation and compliance within national and international law
Manage all copywriting needs
Maintain all company letterhead, templates, collateral, etc. to guarantee alignment with current brand standards
Work with agency partners to manage all content across company social media and online platforms
Exceed lead gen goals and increase brand awareness by managing all online presence efforts (SEO, Paid Search, website, etc.) through various agency partners
Work with partners to create an inbound marketing program to attract and nurture leads
Provide creative direction for the development of advertising campaigns and content for the brand to agency partners and internal marketing teams
Review and approve creative, production materials, copy and layouts
Ensure that graphic and branding standards are met in all generated work
Manage standard templates for online chat and users assigned to the license
Manage all agency partner and vendor contracts



Review and analyze Marketing and Lead dashboards to review lead source performance, forecasting and shifts in industries
Review monthly company financials and compare performance and marketing spend
Identify new KPIs
Share all agency partner performance metrics with relevant team
Prepare monthly reports ahead of meetings with agency partners
Provide a weekly overview report with priorities and bottlenecks to the President
Review trade show ROI reports
Prepare reports in CRM to reflect appropriate marketing data points and ensure



Research and collaborate with technical team to ensure we have the latest in competition information and comparison tools for sales team use



Minimum of 3-5 years experience in communication, marketing or related field
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or other related field
Experienced strategic leader with the ability to work in a complex, fast-moving, high growth matrixed organization with proven results
Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation preferred
Experience developing and implementing a marketing plan
2 years+ experience in management of either internal or external marketing resources
Excellent organizational ability
Must be a solution-oriented thinker
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving toward process improvements and strong working relationships


Skills and Qualifications:

Practical knowledge of social media marketing in the B2B environment
Experience developing creative content and multi-channel campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Experience overseeing management of website
Experience providing oversight of email marketing programs
