We are growing! With many exciting new projects, we are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to grow with us. This position will provide the planning, oversight, and organization of our clients’ websites and digital campaigns to ensure they are all on time and on budget. The Digital Project Manager is detailed oriented with experience in website and email project management. They should have experience with managing custom website projects and understand the process and deliverables necessary to launch an enterprise website. They should also have experience managing teams executing multiple email campaigns at a time. The Digital Project Manager will be expected to serve as a brand steward to ensure the work meets client and agency team standards while meeting or exceeding deadlines and staying within budget.


  • Partner closely with Client Services, Digital and Creative leads to manage the overall client needs on a daily basis
  • Understand project goals and the steps to achieve them
  • Responsible for all internal communications and day-to-day deliverable management for clients
  • Oversee overarching project schedule and ensure project milestones are achieved by managing both internal and external project resources
  • Work to define resource needs within a project and assess overall team capacity
  • Create weekly status reports for client review
  • Monitoring project hours on a weekly basis to ensure hours are being effectively used at each stage of the project.
  • Work directly with Brand Managers/Client Services to develop new scopes and staffing plans
  • Establish client-specific processes to ensure efficiencies and the highest quality of deliverables
  • Report financial outcomes for each client
  • Innovate or enhance agency workflow or technologies for maximum efficiency
  • Coordinate status meetings weekly or daily as needed with the project team to discover potential roadblocks to project progression.
  • Develop and implement internal agile workflow and documentation to ensure effective management across creative and digital disciplines.
  • Led a team of designers, developers and external vendors using an agile framework
  • Facilitate daily internal stand-ups and bi-weekly client status meetings
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees, plus planning, assigning and directing work
