Specifically, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience.

The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with Red Six Media copywriters, account managers, video editors, web developers, and other staff to coordinate and execute award-winning special projects and campaigns. The Senior Graphic Designer will transform a blank page into a modern work of art. They will be responsible for delivering stunning visual solutions for a wide variety of creative challenges, either by executing them or by working with team members to bring their vision to life. They will need to be flexible, well-organized, in tune with the latest design trends and technologies, adept at putting together a great client presentation, able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment, and capable of guiding a project to completion on time and on budget. Experience concepting, planning, and managing digital projects is critical.



  • Starting from a creative problem or brief, formulate creative design concepts and presentation approaches for visual communications media, such as print, video, and advertising
  • Work with a team and independently take direction and create from scratch, sometimes all in the same day


  • Work with a copywriter to take a creative project across the finish line
  • Present work to the creative director/team and explain/defend decisions while remaining open to alternatives/further explorations
  • Work with the interactive director to understand the constantly changing online media and bring designs to life
  • Collaborate with creative team in a positive and productive manner
  • Work alongside the creative director, copywriter, and art director to create ads that use art and copy in harmony to deliver powerful messages
  • Work with creative directors to concept and create graphics for video, from commercials to longer form brand films
  • Always find more exciting ways for us to present our work
  • Work on branding projects giving companies and campaigns a unique visual identity – font pairings, photo treatments, color palettes, design elements, textures, etc.
  • Share job knowledge, tools, and best practices with a growing digital team
  • Have fun!


  • Work from a project timeline and hit deadlines
  • Manage vendor relationships including printers, editor’s promotional items, etc.
  • Make sound, timely decisions and solve problems
  • Design and organize assets, build brand elements with growth and easy internal/external access in mind


  • Research clients’ products, services, competition, and target audience to understand their market, opportunities, and challenges
  • Research design trends and inspiration for specific campaigns and projects to make decisions that are exciting, sensible and that you can defend
  • Research new tools to streamline the design process and share digital assets
