Join us for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration featuring an open bar, a full buffet, and the best creative work from across the region.

Evening Schedule

• 7:00 – 8:00 PM – Networking hour with drinks and open bar. Connect with industry peers and enjoy the buffet before the show begins.
• 8:00 – 9:00 PM – Awards show presentation honoring outstanding creative work and recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to advertising in Baton Rouge.
• 9:00 – 10:00 PM – Awards show party featuring a dance floor and live DJ.
• 10:00 – Til – After party at Pelican to Mars to follow event (across the street). Our event guests will have access to their happy hour prices, a reserved area, and DJ music to keep the party going.

Ticket Options

• VIP Tickets – $120 each
  Reserved seating at a designated table with premium placement near the stage. Includes access to the open bar (21+) and a full buffet during the show. Please email americanadvertisingawards@aafbr.org to reserve your VIP tickets.*
  *VIP tickets can be purchased by the table or select availability for individual VIP seats. VIP deadline 2/27.
• General Admission – $90 each
  Limited chair seating and standing room only, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Includes access to the open bar (21+) and a full buffet during the show.
  Tickets on sale through Friday, March 6, 2026. Day-of prices increase: tickets sold day-of will only be available at the door and will incur an upcharge.
• Early Bird General Admission – $80 each
  Available November 7 – December 7, 2026.
• Student Tickets – $65 each
  Limited chair seating and standing room only, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Includes access to the open bar (21+) and a full buffet during the show.
