Elisa is co-owner and Managing Director of 3Headed Monster, 3headedmonster.com, an ad agency and content studio in Dallas. She leads agency and employee growth and internal agency operations. Elisa is a closeted writer and an accomplished account leader who learned the business at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland Oregon, 72andSunny LA, and Translation and Barton F. Graf in New York City. She's cleared paths for award-winning work for Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, Target, Airbnb, and TikTok. After nearly fifteen years away, Elisa returned to her home state of Texas, where she bought her first house and her first agency. Elisa studied film at Rice, has a dozen bad tattoos with good stories, and is a sneakerhead, drummer, and former football player, She's also the President of AAF Dallas, the largest club in the country.
