Unsung Hero Award
Unsung Hero Award
Every great idea, campaign, and client win has someone behind the curtain making the magic happen. This award is for them. The Unsung Hero Award celebrates the quiet powerhouses — the people who go above and beyond behind the scenes without ever asking for the spotlight.
Who Should I Nominate?
Consider the quiet designers who make brands shine, the videographers capturing the perfect shot, the strategists who see five steps ahead, the web devs fixing problems before anyone notices. Don’t forget the sales reps, media buyers, photographers, influencers, account executives, event coordinators, analysts, administrative assistants, freelancers, interns, and outsourced vendors who make your work possible.
If they consistently exceed expectations, support others, and elevate the work without seeking recognition — this is their moment.
