Calling All Artists — Donate Your Work for a Great Cause
AAF-Baton Rouge is hosting a fundraiser during Hot Art Cool Nights, and we’re inviting local artists to donate original artwork to be sold at our booth at Tap 65. All proceeds will support our mission to champion creative excellence and professional development in the advertising industry.

Best in Show Prize
All donating artists will be considered for a $250 cash prize, awarded by the AAF-BR Board.
Featured Artist Recognition
Artists who donate three or more pieces will be highlighted as Featured Artists, with promotion of their website or social media during the event and at upcoming AAF-BR luncheons.
How to Donate
Option 1: Drop Off at the Luncheon
Bring your artwork to the AAF-BR luncheon on:

Option 2: Schedule a Drop-Off
Can’t make the luncheon? No problem!
Email us at fundraising@aafbr.org to schedule a separate drop-off time before the event.
All artwork must be received before Hot Art Cool Nights on May 9.
